Privacy Policy

Last updated: 05 August 2026

This document sets out the privacy policy of the àNou online store, operated by registered partnership 558614780 (the "Company" or "site management"). Its purpose is to explain, with full transparency, what information is collected about users, how it is used, and how your rights are protected under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and other applicable Israeli law. By using the site, you consent to the terms set out in this document.

1. Collection and use of information

When you register, place an order or contact customer service, you will be asked to provide personal details such as full name, delivery address, ID number, phone number and email address. This data is stored and managed securely in our customer management system. The information is used to supply products, handle deliveries, issue accounting documents, manage your account, prevent fraud and provide customer service.

2. Payment processing and card security

Payment method and credit card details are not stored on the Company's servers or databases. Payment processing is carried out in encrypted form through an external, certified payment provider that meets the strictest security standards.

3. Information security

The Company applies advanced information security systems and procedures, including encryption and restricted access permissions, in order to protect data against unauthorised access, misuse or loss. However, while these measures reduce risk, the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity against intrusions into its systems or exposure of information caused by malicious acts of third parties, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from such events.

4. Cookies and analytics tools

The site uses cookies and tracking technologies — including Google Analytics tools, as well as social network pixels such as Meta and TikTok — for its ongoing operation, statistical data collection, improving the user experience, content personalisation and remarketing. A user who does not wish to receive cookies or to have such data collected may block them through their browser settings, although this may limit some site functions. Our cookie banner offers three categories, and you can change your preferences at any time using the button below or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

  • Customize — choose analytics and marketing individually; strictly necessary stay on.

5. Disclosure to third parties

The Company undertakes not to sell, trade or transfer customer details to any third party for profit. Information will be transferred to external parties only where necessary to provide the service and complete your order (for example, passing contact details and address to shipping companies). In addition, the Company will disclose information to law enforcement authorities only where legally required to do so under a judicial order, or in order to defend its legal rights in legal proceedings.

6. Direct marketing

A customer who has agreed to receive marketing messages — whether at the time of purchase, when opening an account or when subscribing to the newsletter — consents to receiving marketing content, updates and offers from àNou. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the address removed from the mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing message, or by contacting customer service directly.

7. Data retention

Personal information is kept in the Company's databases for as long as it is required in order to provide the services. Thereafter, certain data will be retained only where required for compliance with regulatory and accounting obligations (such as keeping invoices), managing legal disputes and protecting legitimate business interests.

8. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, every person is entitled to review the information held about them in a database. If you find that the information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, or if you wish to request deletion of your data from our marketing and operational systems, you may contact us and your request will be handled subject to the limitations and provisions of the law.

9. Minors

Use of the site and making purchases are intended for persons aged 18 and over. A minor wishing to use the site may do so only with the accompaniment and approval of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Updates to this policy

Site management may update, amend or revise this privacy policy from time to time, in line with business needs and legal requirements. The binding version is the one published on the site, and changes take effect immediately upon publication.
